From First Call to Final Walkthrough
The same eight steps whether it is one bathroom or the whole house.
We visit your home, measure the space, and talk through what is not working about it today.
You get a written scope and a fixed estimate. No allowances that quietly grow once the job starts.
We finalize selections together: cabinetry, countertops, tile, fixtures, and lighting.
We handle the permitting process and prepare the approval packet your building, HOA, or city requires before work starts.
Demolition begins on a scheduled date, with protection laid through the path our crew will use.
Rough-in, inspection, and cabinetry set, in that order and inspected at each stage.
Finish work: countertops, tile, fixtures, trim, and paint.
Final walkthrough together. We do not call it done until you do.

A single bathroom is a different job from a whole-home renovation, and cabinetry and tile lead times affect the schedule. You get a realistic timeline at your estimate, and we tell you when it moves rather than letting you find out.
Do you use subcontractors?
We keep the project in-house. Tristan and the H&H crew handle demolition, cabinetry, tile, trim, and finish work, and we coordinate the trades that have to be coordinated. You are not left managing four companies that blame each other.
Can you help with design and material selection?
Yes, and it is included. We walk through layout, cabinetry, countertops, tile, and fixtures with you, and steer you away from combinations that photograph well but do not live well.
